NEW - online youth equine safety certification FREE!
Get Certified!
There is always something that needs doing at and for the center.  From Pony Care to Fundraising, whether you can be here in person or help from your home or business, volunteer efforts are greatly appreciated. Working with the ponies is fun too.  (BE SURE TO ASK US ABOUT OUR BARN BUDDY PROGRAM!)
We practice only the Wilsie Way of horsemanship here at the farm, and all volunteers will be instructed when they come for orientation. 


VOLUNTEER POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 
PONY VOLUNTEER  (AGES 14 AND UP.) - Grooming. Cleaning Tack. Poop Patrol. Feeding. Cleaning and filling water troughs. Sweeping. Assist at Events.
MAINTENANCE VOLUNTEER - Getting and putting up hay.  Fence work.  Grounds upkeep. 
OUTREACH AND EDUCATION VOLUNTEER - Help with tours, presentations, special events.  
​FUNDRAISER  -Coordinate fundraising events. Find creative ways to raise funds. Hay and Vet care are our biggest expenses here.
PUBLICITY, MARKETING  -  Help us get the word out about the pony, our programs, and events.  
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE/UPDATING.  

Youth volunteers can take advantage of this FREE Online Youth Equine Safety Certification class; enhance your resume.
